These terms apply to quotes and cleaning services provided by Infin8 Cleaning Co..
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided and the agreed cleaning scope. If the property's size or condition differs from what was described, the quote may need to be revised before work begins.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the scope, price, date and time with you. Requested dates are subject to availability.
Access and preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the property, along with access to water and electricity where required.
Cancellations and changes
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Any cancellation terms will be confirmed with your booking.
Concerns
If you have any concern about a completed clean, please contact us promptly so we can discuss it with you.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
